稀土资源应用技术创新中心定位于全球稀土资源提取与利用创新技术前沿,凭借采矿、选冶、材料的全技术链优势,中心始终坚持技术创新,为形成全球稀土的“绿色供应”而不懈努力。

ATICR (Applied Technology Innovation Center of Rare Earth Resources, China Geological Survey) is positioned at the forefront of technology innovations for REEs extraction and utilization. ATICR has been dedicated to building “a global green REEs supplying chain” using innovative approaches and tools through integrating technical strength involved mining, metallurgy and materials sciences.

1.硬岩型稀土的节能短流程选矿技术

1.Energy-saving Process for Rock Type Rare Earth

针对氟碳铈、独居石等硬岩型稀土矿,开发出节能、短流程选矿工艺,实现了稀土矿的耐低温浮选。

Aiming at the hard rock type rare earth ore such as bastnaesite and monazite, the energy saving and short process beneficiation technology has been developed, and the rare earth resistance to low temperature flotation has been realized.

2.磷-稀土复合资源的协同利用技术

2.Synergetic Utilization of P-REE Co-existing Ore

对磷-稀土复杂共生矿,采用“化学解离-同步提取”技术,实现了磷-稀土复合资源的高效利用。

The innovative "chemical liberation-synchronous extraction" technology has been used to realize the efficient utilization of phosphorus rare earth complex resources.

3.稀土浮选药剂研发

3.Research and Development of Rare Earth Flotation Reagents

根据晶体化学特征,研制出多种针对碳酸盐、磷酸盐和硅酸盐等不同阴离子稀土矿物的浮选捕收剂。

According to the chemical characteristics of crystals, a variety of flotation collectors for rare earth minerals, such as carbonate, phosphate and silicate, have been developed.

4.稀土深加工技术研究及应用

开发出的盐酸直接提铈技术成为稀土元素清洁高效分离的示范性技术。在稀土材料开发方面,研制出稀土氯化物、氧化物、氟化物、碳酸稀土、高纯金属、稀土硅化物等系列稀土产品。

The developed hydrochloric acid direct extraction technology is a demonstration technology for clean and efficient separation of rare earth elements. In the development of rare earth materials, rare earth products such as rare earth chloride, oxide, fluoride, rare earth carbonate, high purity metal and rare earth silicide have been developed.
